ZB9901 is a kind of polystyrene latex specially used for non-woven shoe materials where high hardness films are required.
 Characteristics:
Blended with other latex, proper hardness can be achieved for products.
Compatible with CaCO2, kaolin and other fillers normally used for latex.
Used for the production of high quality toepuffs, chemical sheets, toe tips and non-woven insoles.
Softened with organic solvents such as acetone, ethyl acetate and toluene, the product has high viscosity. After dried into forms, the product has the characteristics of high hardness and typesetting.

ZB9614 latex for spray-bonded nonwovens
ZB9614 is a kind of anionic self-linked carboxylated styrene butadiene latex used as binding agent for non-woven fabrics, especially for spray-bonded nonwovens. The product has good stability and anti-aging performance without contamination or gelation, suitable for bond spray.
The spray-bonded nonwovens with ZB9614 has the features of good elasticity, water washability and anti dry cleaning performance.

ZB9417 high temperature and cold resistance latex for non-woven fabrics
ZB9417 is a kind of binding agent for roofing materials base on non-woven fabrics. Under high temperature, the product can be improved with cross-linking degree after adding cross-linking agent, so as to increase intensity. The cross-linking degree is at peak when drying temperature is 180℃.
ZB9417 has a good performance of cold resistance. Under a temperature of -50℃, the latex can still keep good quality.
ZB9417 is suitable for all non-woven dipping equipment, and can be applied directly or foamed to paste condition.
