 ZB2414
ZB2414 is a kind of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex specially designed for carpet back coating and textile treatment, together with ZB2519 as a new generation of binders. Compared with other series of latex, the product offers flexible choices of hand feeling for carpet manufacturers and suitable for different carpet structure and climate.
 Characteristics:
In cold climate, the soft back coating is required to make it easy for carpet laying.
For heavy carpets with a very high backstitch, a softer binder is often preferred for an acceptable hand feeling.
ZB2414 can also be used for the back coating of woven and knitted textiles when a medium soft hand feeling is required.
ZB2414 has an excellent performance in terms of filler tolerance and stability.
With tiny odor, ZB2414 is suitable for carpets used indoors.

ZB2519
ZB2519 is a kind of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex especially for carpet back coating and textile treatment, representing a new generation of binders and world-class technical standards.
Characteristics:
For the back coating of woven and knitted textiles when a medium soft hand feeling is required.
ZB2519 is fully compatible with fillers and auxiliary chemicals normally used for carpet back coating and textile treatment, with high chemical stability and carpet delaminating strength, allowing carpet manufacturers to minimize the cost of the finished articles while maintaining a high level of quality.

ZB2876
ZB2876 is a kind of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex containing a higher level of styrene. After dried with high temperature, it can be formed into a hard brittle film.
Characteristics:
Mixed with ZB2519 or ZB2414, the blend ration can be varied to obtain the required hand feeling from carpets and treated textiles.
Good mechanical & chemical stability, especially for the back coating of needle-punched floor coverings.

ZB2904 automobile carpet latex
ZB2904 is a kind of anionic carboxylated styrene butadiene latex, specially applied for the back coating of non-woven needle-punched carpets for stiff hand feeling. ZB2904 treated products have considerable elasticity and little odor, thus no harm to health.
ZB2904 is better to be used on foaming coating equipment.
